Our Process
How we work at Sanford's
While not every proejct is the same, we have a proven process to ensure your home or business us using the best products at the best prices.
Painting Process
We use all Dulux products, for interiors we choose the cost effective ultra line and for higher end homes or custom projects we use the diamond line. The difference in products is the amount of hide in the paint, the more hide the longer it will last. For exterior use the only product we stand behind is the diamond series from Dulux. Its fast drying which makes it great for our east coast weather when you never know if its going to rain! For commercial interiors we spray speedwall as our primer then use a tractor grade paint which allows us to be cost effective in our quotes. For residential staining we use the flood series which comes in semi transparent or solid hide. We use all Dulux sundries which have proven themselves as the best. All our sprayers are top of the line commercial graco airless machines.
WARRANTY & PAYMENT
We offer a three year warranty on all the work that we do. This covers anything from fading over time to and peeling that might occur on the exterior of your house, please note that we have NEVER received a warranty call. The only exceptions to our warranty is to decking boards themselves or to areas of wood rot that the customer decides they want painted regardless. We are able to offer this warranty because the products we use are so durable.
Our Painting team
Our team consists of 7 full time staff. We support 100% local and have a very diverse team with an amazing skill set. We can complete any painting job on time and on budget with exceptional quality. Typically when someone joins our team they choose to stay because of the great working environment. We have two full time supervisors that ensure quality, timeline, and budget are all met.
